Ashley Smith does lunges with Heidi Belna as they participate in circuit training in the parking lot at F45 Training in Celina. F45 officials say they are following all state requirements by keeping members 7 feet apart during workouts and having no more than eight people in a class. Members also bring their own mats and water to the workouts.
