* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1044 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Ralph Broeker
Ralph C. Broeker, age 82, of Coldwater, died on Saturday, May 23, 2020 at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton. He was born July 15, 1937 in Coldwater to the late Anthony G. & Marie R. (Rammel) Broeker.
On August 24, 1957 he married Mary Jo (Stelzer) Broeker who survives in Coldwater. They were married 62 years.
He is survived a daughter Sharon Ann & Robert Selzer of Coldwater; a son Dennis R. Broeker of Coldwater; three grandsons, Michael & Marsha, Brian & Shawnta and Matthew & Samatha; seven great grandchildren, Mitchell, Mason, Le'Andra, Makayla, Micaiah, Sydney and Easton; siblings and in-laws, Cyril & Mary Ann Droesch, and Leroy & Carolyn Broeker, Patricia Broeker, Don May, Cyril Stelzer and Paul & Linda Stelzer.
He is preceded in death by siblings, James Broeker, Delores May, Dorothy & Victor Billerman, and Arthur Stelzer.
He was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church, the Coldwater Eagles, a former member of the St. Henry Fire Dept. and St. Henry Village Council. He worked at the former New Idea plant in Coldwater for 48 years retiring in 2000, he then worked 15 years for the Village of St. Henry as a maintenance man.
Ralph enjoyed golfing with his grandsons and following their sports activities. He liked woodworking, making things for his grandsons, watching Ohio State Buckeyes and playing cards.
Mass will be held at 10:30 am on Friday, May 29, 2020 at St. Henry Catholic Church with live stream at https://sthenrycluster.com/livestream/.
Friends may call from 2 to 7 pm on Thursday May 28th and from 9 to 10 am Friday at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in St. Henry. Burial will follow in St. Henry Cemetery.
In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to American Heart Association.
