* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Bicycle sales accelerate as pent up people break away

Area interest in bicycling appears to be gearing up as two local proprietors said they've been slammed in recent weeks with orders for new bicycles and requests to repair old ones.

"It's been really crazy. I can't even keep them in stock. I've got hundreds of them on back order and hundreds sold," said Gregg Borger, owner/operator of Borger's Bicycles LLC in Coldwater. [More]

5 new virus cases in Mercer County

CELINA - Five new cases of COVID-19 were reported in Mercer County on Friday, raising the county's total to 226.

In Auglaize County, two cases were reported, increasing that county's total to 80.

Paired with 6-2 teammate Jaclyn Homan, the Redskins were darn near unbeatable. They were, in fact, unbeatable in 1995 as they went 29-0 on their way to the Division IV state championship.
