* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Eric Franck
Eric P. Franck, age 50, of Coldwater and formerly of Fort Recovery, died June 16, 2020, at Mercer Health, Coldwater.
He was born June 26, 1969 in Coldwater. His mother, Shirley (Rose) Crouch and his father, Jack Franck, both survive in Celina.
Also surviving are his daughter, Erica Franck of Celina; his two siblings, Tina (Jamie) Heiser of Salamonia, IN and Shawn (Jennifer) Franck of Celina; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by is brother, Jack Jr. Franck and step father, Eugene Crouch.
He was a 1988 graduate of Fort Recovery High School and was employed at Crown, Celina. He was a social member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and Loyal Order of Moose, both of Celina. Eric loved spending time with his dogs. He also loved being outdoors whether it be mushroom hunting or deer hunting.
Friends may call from 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. Friday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
