* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Wanda Humphrey
Wanda Merlene Humphrey, age 80, of Celina, Ohio, passed away Thursday morning, June 18, 2020 at Celina Manor.
She was born December 2, 1939 in Rockford, Ohio to the late Darwin and Ethel Vonola (Agler) Henkle. On July 9, 1960 she married Jerry L. Humphrey and he survives at the residence in Celina.
Other survivors include two daughters, Gaye (Jack) Ryf, Florida and Shelly A. Humphrey, Dayton; a brother, Gary Henkle; and a granddaughter, Lauren Winget.
Also preceded in death by a brother, Ronnie Henkle.
Wanda was a 1958 graduate of Rockford High School in Rockford, Ohio. She retired from Reynolds and Reynolds in Celina after 33 years of service. She was a member of Grand Lake United Methodist Church in Celina and VFW Post 5713 in Celina.
Due to restrictions of the COVID-19 virus we will be following the guidelines set by the Ohio Governor Mike DeWine's office.
Funeral services will be held at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina with Rev. Matt Overman officiating; where the family will receive friends from 3:00 pm-6:00 pm prior to the service.
