* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Rita Patrie
Rita M. (Klosterman) Patrie, of Celina, Ohio, entered into God's eternal rest on Friday, June 26, 2020 at the age of 91 at the Gardens at Celina.
She was born April 11, 1929 in Celina, to the late William & Emma (Fleck) Klosterman. On September 30, 1950 she married Harry Patrie, who preceded her in death on July 6, 2017; Rita & Harry were blessed with 66 years of marriage.
Rita adored her loving family; she is survived by a daughter, Lou Ann (Ian) Swan of Cincinnati, Ohio, and her two grandchildren, James Neil Swan & Katherine "Kati" Swan, both of Cincinnati, Ohio.
Rita was preceded in death by her husband, Harry, her parents, William & Emma, and her siblings, Vernon Klosterman, Wilfred Klosterman, Bertha Livingston, Ralph Klosterman, Cletus Klosterman and Harold Klosterman.
Rita was a 1947 graduate of Immaculate Conception High School; she went on to hold several jobs in the local community. Rita loved spending time with her family. She was a member of the IC sewing circle, and was very active with the Altar Rosary Society and prayer chain. Rita had an unwavering faith in God and was called to service with countless hours of volunteering at the church.
Due to restrictions of the COVID-19 virus, we will be following the guidelines set by the Ohio Governor Mike DeWine's office. Visitation hours will take place from 9:00 am-10:15 am on Tuesday, June 30, 2020 at Cisco Funeral Homes in Celina.
Mass of Christian burial and the celebration of Rita's life will begin at 10:30 am on Tuesday, June 30, 2020, at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Fr. Kenneth Schnipke C.PP.S., officiating. Burial will follow at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina.
