* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Alyssa Harner
Alyssa L. Harner, 21, of St. Marys Twp., OH died Tuesday June 30, 2020 at her residence.
She was born July 9, 1998 in Lima, OH to Drew Joseph Harner and Rebecca Jo Roby.
She is survived by a son Kyzer Joseph Harner of St. Marys, OH; father, Drew Joseph Harner of St. Marys, OH; mother, Becca (Jason) VanTrees of St. Marys, OH; three sisters, Serena Rockwood of Akron, OH, Kaleigh Caywood of St. Marys, OH, and Jennah Caywood of St. Marys, OH; a brother, Chase Cramer of St. Marys, OH; two step-sisters, Cassandra (Randy) Bergman of St. Marys, OH, and Tesla (Mike) Huber of St. Marys, OH, two step-brothers, Jacob VanTrees of Alamogordo, NM, and Jayden VanTrees of St. Marys, OH; a maternal grandmother, Pamela S. Chilcoat of St. Marys, OH and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Jack and Cynthia Harner; and a maternal grandfather, Ronald Roby.
She was a graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School (Class of 2016). She had been employed at Totally Promotional in Coldwater, OH.
Her favorite pastimes included playing "purse bingo," getting tattoos and eating Mexican food. More than anything else, she loved being a mother to her son, Kyzer.
Rites are scheduled to begin at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday July 7, 2020 at the Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West) in St. Marys, with the Rev. Andrew Atkins, officiating.
Burial will follow at the Elm Grove Cemetery, in St. Marys.
Visitation 12-2 and 6-8 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be directed to a fund being established for her son, Kyzer Joseph Harner.
