* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Isabel Moomaw
Isabel W. Moomaw, age 97 of Coldwater, died Tuesday, August 11, 2020, at Briarwood Village in Coldwater.
She was born December 25, 1922 in Philothea, to the late Henry & Mary (Bruns) Wenning. On May 17, 1966 she married Homer Moomaw and he died in 1984.
She is also preceded in death by siblings and in-laws Art & Marie Wenning, Clarence and Rogene Wenning, Bertha & Byron Vickroy and George Wenning; and nephew Nick Hemmelgarn.
She is survived by a nephew Gary (Linda) Wenning of Salem, Oregon; and nieces Mary Ann Hemmelgarn, Becky (Randy) Myers, all of Coldwater, Suzanne Williams of Celina and Patty (Darren) Tate of Dayton.
Isabel was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, and the St. Ann's Holy Rosary Sodality. She worked 25 years at NCR in Dayton, and helped her husband operate Moomaw Marine Sales in Dayton before retiring and moving back to Coldwater.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 am Saturday, August 15, 2020 at the Holy Trinity Church in Coldwater. Burial will be in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater. Friends may call from 9 to 10 am, Saturday at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
Memorial contributions may be made to Briarwood Activity fund.
