Facilities director George Kleinfelder and Dan Baker remove the old heating, ventilation and air-conditioning units from the roof Thursday morning at the Auglaize/Mercer Counties Family YMCA North Branch in Celina. The YMCA has updated the north and south branches. The changes include new equipment, new heaters for the pools and the eight new HVAC units.
