* Until 700 AM EDT.
* At 309 AM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 435 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Wapakoneta, St. Marys, New Bremen, Minster, Jackson Center, Botkins, New Knoxville, Moulton, Buckland, Uniopolis, Kettlersville, Fryburg, McCartyville, Montra, St. Johns, Bulkhead and Egypt.

Doris Maras
Doris Ann Maras, age 86, of Celina, passed away Thursday, August 20, 2020, at Briarwood Village in Coldwater. She was born September 30, 1933, near Mendon, to Glen Roether Ballinger and Catherine L. "Kate" (Curry) Ballinger. Doris and John Maras were married on June 14, 1953. John survives, along with their daughter, Jill Ann Maras. Their son, Jon Alan Maras, passed away December 7, 2016.
Doris is survived by two brothers and a sister: Ted (Kay) Ballinger and Doyle "Pete" (Charlene) Ballinger of Celina, and Linda Sapp of Mendon, and several nieces & nephews.
A brother-in-law, Larry Sapp, also preceded her in death.
Doris graduated from Neptune High School as salutatorian of her class. She worked as a waitress at the former Connie's Coffee Shop in Celina, where she met her husband, John. A homemaker, Doris had been the caregiver for both her immediate and extended family.
She was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church in Celina. Doris liked collecting antiques, enjoyed traveling, and loved the color blue. She loved people, and would do anything for anyone.
A Private Graveside Service will be held at Mercer Memory Gardens, with Pastor Jon Exman officiating. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Bethany United Methodist Church.
