Dale Fullenkamp organized a Trump tractor rally on Sunday afternoon in Fort Recovery. About 400 people drove tractors along State Route 119 in the village as part of the event. Fullenkamp said he had watched the Trump boat parade on Grand Lake earlier this year and was impressed. He doesn't have a boat, but he had a tractor and figured he could create his own event.
