Constructions continues on the St. Marys Reservoir Mill as RCS Construction workers add windows and work on the building's trim on Friday morning. The first phase of the project includes deconstruction, stabilization and reconstruction and will cost about $1 million. The city financed the project through a state revolving loan fund, city officials have said.
