Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 338 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Total tallies for early voting have shattered records from previous presidential elections, officials say.

Mercer County health officials on Monday reported the county's 28th death from COVID-19 and 24 new cases of the virus. The county's total cases now stand at 1,640. The victim was identified as a 73-year-old man.
