The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a
* Flash Flood Warning for... Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* Until 900 AM EDT.
* At 606 AM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Ohio, including the following counties, in central Ohio, Delaware, Franklin, Licking, Madison and Union. In west central Ohio, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Beatrice Glass
Beatrice M. Glass, 89, of St. Marys, OH died at 1:35 p.m. on Saturday November 28, 2020 at Miller Place in Celina, OH.
She was born November 6, 1931 in St. Marys, OH to Norman and Margaret (Goodwin) Schallenberg. On June 27, 1949 in Kentucky, she married Robert E. Glass, who died January 14, 1980.
Survivors include: son Barry (Vicki) Glass of Great Falls, MT; son Bart (Tonya Bayman) Glass of St. Marys, OH; daughter-in-law Penny Glass of St. Marys, OH; daughter-in-law Joan Glass of St. Marys, OH; 4 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; sister Doris Lauth of St. Marys, OH.
Preceded in death by: parents Norman and Margaret Schallenberg; husband Robert Glass; son Brad Glass; son Bruce Glass; sister Virginia Lilly; brother Donald Schallenberg.
She was a graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School (Class of 1949). She retired from JTDM Hospital, where she was a licensed technician in Central Supply for many years. Earlier in life, she had also worked for Montgomery-Ward Co. and St. Marys Cotton Mill.
She was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church in St. Marys. Her favorite pastimes included playing card games and going out to eat with her group of friends.
