Mark Alan Pennington, 59, passed away unexpectedly on January 3, 2021.
He was born January 31, 1961 in Coldwater, Ohio to the late Dr. Cecil and Louanna (Smith) Pennington. He earned his undergraduate degree from Miami University and a masters' degree from Wright State University.
