An Arctic front will sweep east across the region between 5 AM and 9 AM. A few hours of snow showers and west wind gusts of 35 to 40 mph will occur with the frontal passage. While any accumulations will generally be a half inch or less, some challenging travel conditions may develop given, rapidly changing road conditions and visibilities, strong wind and cold temperatures. These conditions will impact the morning commute. Use caution and allow for extra time to reach your destination.

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 AM this morning to 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Ann Tesno

Ann Tesno age 66, of Celina passed away Tuesday, Jan. 26, 2021 at Kindred Hospital from complications of surgery.

She was born Aug. 7, 1954 in McArthur, Ohio to Honsel and Katherine Coleman. She married James Tesno May 12, 2000 and he survives in Celina. Ann was Things From the Heart and loved helping thousands of people.

Additional survivors include children: Derick 'JR' (Krystal Brockman) Gregory and Amy (Brian) Secrest both of Celina, step daughters: Theresa Tesno of Cincinnati and Katherine Tesno from Dayton; grandchildren: Haley Secrest, Leigha Gregory, Austin Hendrick and Taylor Hendrick, siblings: Ibby (Mike) Martin, Louise Coleman, Lucille Coleman all of Athens and Joe Coleman of McArthur, Ohio and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a sister Jeanie Coleman.

A celebration of Ann's life will be held at a later date due to COVID restrictions.
