Joan Buschur has managed PBS Animal Health near St. Henry since it opened in 1995. She holds a container of wheat germ oil that can be fed to livestock. Company founder Robert Matthews began his career in animal health products selling the product in the 1940s before starting his own company that eventually spawned PBS Animal Health.
