Rickey Roberts
Rickey Roberts, March 18, 1960-May 28, 2021, passed away at his home in Glendale, Arizona.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Lula (McIntosh), his father, Walter Pearl Roberts, sister, Pauline, brother, Walter Pearl Junior, sister, Joyce (Stephens), and brother, Ervin.
He is survived by his children: Ricky Joe (Cheryl) Roberts of Phoenix, Arizona, Miranda (Robert) McElroy, of Phoenix, Arizona, Lydia (David) Proctor of Phoenix, Arizona, Flora (Bud) McElroy of Phoenix, Arizona, Luke McElroy of Phoenix, Arizona, Ruben McElroy of Phoenix, Arizona, and a long time love and best friend, Ruth McElroy of Phoenix, Arizona. He is also survived by sister Janice Kay Creamens of Portland, Indiana, sister Penny Brown of Celina, Ohio, and Lucy (John) Kinstle of Wapakoneta, Ohio. Rick adored his 11 grandchildren: Colton, Mackenzie, Joey, Lacey, Anthony, Talula, Elijah, Jesse, Amelia, Gracie, and Dj and his nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews.
He loved playing guitar, spending time with his family, riding his bike, and listening to Guns & Roses. He was a fun loving soul and will be greatly missed by those who were close to him especially P, Kay, Chazzy and Mac.
A celebration of life will be held at the Celina American Legion, 2510 SR 703, on July 11, 2021 from 1pm to 4pm for those who want to pay their respects.
