Dan Fischer
Dan Jeffery Fischer, age 62 of Celina, Ohio passed away on Sunday, June 6, 2021 at the Roselawn Manor in Spencerville, Ohio.
He was born on December 23, 1958 in Celina to the Late Robert Lee Fischer and Laura Lee (Wellman) Fischer, who survives in Celina. He is also survived by three brothers; Michael Fischer, Tim Fischer and Kevin Fischer all of Celina, two sisters and brother-in-law Lorraine Smith of Indianapolis and Anna (Andrew) Martin of Ft. Wayne.
He is preceded in death by his father and brother-in-law Scott Smith.
He was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina. Dan served for 8 years in the Navy before being medically discharged. He graduated from Hobart Welding in Troy and became a student for three years at St. Joe College in Cincinnati before becoming fully disabled.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Friday, June 11, 2021 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina, with Fr. Tim McFarland C.PP.S. officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Marys Catholic Cemetery in Celina.
Friends may call from 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. on Friday, June 11, 2021 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina. Memorial contributions may be made to the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church 229 W. Anthony St, Celina, OH 45822.
