At 1212 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near New Bremen, moving northeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Newport, Fryburg, Montra, Egypt, Uniopolis, New Bremen, Buckland, Botkins, New Knoxville, Fort Loramie, Kettlersville, Moulton, Jackson Center, St. Marys, Anna, Kossuth, Lakeview, Lake Loramie State Park, Waynesfield, and Wapakoneta.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 96 and 118.

Robert Bye
Robert "Zuma Bubba" A. Bye, 73, of Montezuma, OH died 7:14 a.m. Wednesday June 9, 2021 at Lima Memorial Health System.
He was born September 14, 1947 in Jay Co., IN to Ralph and Helen (Huey) Bye.
Survivors include: daughter Maryann Hesse of St. Marys, OH; Son Robert (Lisa) Bye of Coldwater, OH; Son Daniel (Michelle) Trafzer of Jewett, OH; Son Travis (Kerri) Bye-Stauffer of Montezuma, OH; Son Michael (Brandi) Bye of Celina, OH; Daughter Lora Bye of Lima, OH; Daughter Sandra (Bret Evans) Bye of Lima, OH; 25 grandchildren (and, another due in December); 12 great-grandchildren; Sister Janet Love-Johnson of Indianapolis, IN; Sister Joyce Bye of Gaston, IN; Brother William Bye of Hartford City, IN; Brother Tommy Bye of Indianapolis, IN
Preceded in death by: parents Ralph and Helen Bye; son Bradley "Boo-Boo" Bye; brother Larry Bye.
He was a graduate of Montpelier, IN High School (Class of 1965). A tool-maker, he worked at New Idea in Coldwater, OH and later retired from True-Edge in St. Henry, OH. Mr. Bye was passionate about his civic duty, having served on the town council for the Village of Montezuma for many years. His favorite pastimes included fishing on Lake Erie and riding his motorcycle. He also enjoyed spending time with friends at the Eagles Lodge in Celina. Of great importance to Robert was the fact that he had been recently baptized. The family is confident that he passed peacefully in the arms of his Lord and Savior.
