* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

Downpour floods street

A period of heavy rain Wednesday afternoon temporarily flooded Logan Street in Celina. This pickup makes a splash as it travels down the street. The area received 1.64 inches of rain on Wednesday, said local weatherman Dennis Howick.
