Tammy Jacobs
Tammy Lynn Jacobs, 50, of St. Marys, OH died Monday July 5, 2021 at JTDM Hospital in St. Marys.
She was born September 5, 1970 in Fontana, CA.
She is survived by: son Matthew McCory of St. Marys, OH; son Seth Jacobs of St. Marys, OH; former husband Dave Jacobs of St. Marys, OH; sister Susan (Don) Goforth of Phelan, CA; sister Kim (Lance) Lobley of Vicoville, CA; numerous niece and nephews; a multitude of dear friends and co-workers.
Preceded in death by: Mother Linda Hanson-Miller; infant son Sean Dove; daughter Shelby Jacobs (5/22/2020); sister Brenda Miller.
She was employed as an administrative assistant for INGREDIA Corp.in Wapakoneta, OH and also worked at Varsity Lanes in St. Marys. She attended the Wayne Street United Methodist Church in St. Marys. Her favorite pastimes included bowling and spending time with her friends. Above all, she treasured the lives of her children.
A Celebration of Life honoring Tammy is scheduled from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. on Saturday July 17, 2021 at Varsity Lanes in St. Marys.
