Scattered snow showers occurring across the region will gradually diminish early this morning. While any accumulation will be less than an inch, this will create slick roadways with a quick coating of snow. Not all roads will be affected, but motorists should be aware that driving conditions may change quickly along their route, going from dry to slick. If traveling this morning, use extra caution and allow for extra time to reach your destination.

Kevin Hemmerich
Kevin L. Hemmerich, age 52 of St. Henry, died Monday, July 12, 2021, at the home of his sister surrounded by his family. Kevin's passing has come following an extensive courageous battle with brain cancer.
He was born June 7, 1969, in Greenville to Carol (Homan) Hemmerich and the late Gary Hemmerich. His mother survives in St. Henry.
Kevin is also survived by his sister and her husband Krisann & Wesley Franck, and a nephew, Grant, and nieces, Emma, and Caroline, all of St. Henry, as well as many uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
Kevin was a graduate of Ansonia High School and Xavier University. He spent his career working in retail at J Crew, Bath and Body Works, Target, and the last 20 years at Bed Bath and Beyond. He was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church in St. Henry. His greatest love was spending time with his family, especially his nephew and nieces.
A mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10am Saturday, July 17, 2021, at St. Henry Catholic Church.
The family will be receiving friends from 9-10am at St. Henry Church on Saturday. Burial will follow in St. Henry Cemetery. Hogenkamp Funeral Home in St. Henry is handling the arrangements.
In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Center for Neurological Development or EverHeart Hospice.
