Jeffery S. "Cat" Huelskamp, 65, Fort Recovery, died at his home July 18, 2021.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. August 7, 2021, at Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church. Burial will follow in St. Marys Cemetery.
