* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 810 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Troy, Piqua, Greenville, Celina, Tipp City, St. Marys, West Milton, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, Versailles, Covington, St. Henry, Arcanum, Newport, Bradford, Union City, Fort Loramie, Fort Recovery and Pleasant Hill.

Edward Dillhoff
Edward Joseph Dillhoff of Arlington, Texas passed away on August 4, 2021.
Born on February 7, 1934 in St. Henry, Ohio to the late George and Loretta (Wourms) Dillhoff.
Preceded in death by siblings Virginia and Lois and son Dean.
He is survived by three siblings, Ann, Joe, and George; his wife of 66 years, Janet (Luken); five of his children, Gregg (late wife Debbie), Doug, Angela (Tim) Ratliff, Peggy (Chad) Anderson, and Paula; daughter-in-law Leigh, 15 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
After a 45-year career with Reynolds & Reynolds, he and his wife, Janet, enjoyed traveling and spending time with family and friends.
A private family funeral will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in his memory to Skin Cancer Foundation at www.skincancer.org.
