* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected through Wednesday. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Carolyn Dunlap
Carolyn Dunlap, 77, of St. Marys died 5:57 a.m. Saturday August 21, 2021 surrounded by her loving family.
She was born August 25, 2021 in Piqua, OH to Roy and Helen (Foster) Crowell. On April 26, 1976 in St. Marys, OH she married Everett Dunlap, who survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Mike (Diane) Rosell of St. Marys, Basil (Amber) Felver of Coldwater, and Eric (Samantha) Dunlap of Montezuma; three daughters, Lisa (Tony) Vanchure of Troy, Melanie Felver of Lima, and Misty (Randy) Bosler of Cridersville; 14 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; a brother, Carroll Crowell of Piqua; a brother-in-law, Robert Dunlap of Celina; dear friends, Cheryl "Cookie" Iddings, Gary (Cindy) Christian, Jim Black, Pat McCollum and J.R. Grubb; numerous nieces and nephews; and former husband Billy Felver of Lima.
Preceded in death are parents Roy and Helen; sister-in-law Gloria Sweeney; sister-in-law Rose Dunlap; and brother-in-law Jimmy Dunlap.
She was a graduate of Piqua Central High School (Class of 1962). She worked for a number of years at the Valley Nursing Home in St. Marys. Her favorite pastimes included listening to music, dancing, playing cards, fishing and BINGO.
Carolyn will be remembered for her friendly and outgoing personality. She dearly loved spending time with her extended family and many close friends.
Rites are scheduled to begin at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday August 25, 2021 at the Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West) in St. Marys.
Visitation 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 p.m.. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
