WAPAKONETA - Thirty three new cases of COVID-19 were reported in Auglaize County since last Thursday and health officials warned that cases were trending upward again as the highly contagious delta variant continues to circulate in the county.
CELINA - The Lake Facilities Authority will support Mercer County's purchase of approximately 117 acres of land that will be made into wetlands by providing a $100,000 match.
Mercer County's unemployment rate for July was 3.8%, a slight improvement from June's rate of 3.9%.
The county maintained its status as second lowest for joblessness among Ohio's 88 counties, according to an Ohio Department of Job and Family Services news release.
