* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected through Wednesday. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Bill Chinn
Bill Chinn, age 83 of Celina, passed away on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at Vancrest Nursing Home in St. Marys.
He was born on January 1, 1938, to the late Omer and Ruth (Diers) Chinn in Cincinnati. On April 12, 1958, he married Shirley Roessler who survives in St. Marys.
He is survived by his children Deb (Andy) Johnsman of Waynesfield, Mike (Angie) Chinn of Wapak, Pam (Ric) Limon of Rockford, seven grandchildren Dani (Pete) Andreon of Jackson, TN, Shannon (Jessup) Ball of Waynesfield, Mitchell (Lauren) Chinn of St. Marys, Jordan (Casey) Chinn of Arkansas, Alicia (T.J.) Sprauge of Wapak, Matthew (Kelly) Bailey of St. Marys, Kelli (Hunter) Phelps of Nashville, TN, fourteen great-grandchildren, and brother-in-law Howard Mangan of Covington, KY.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and sister Marlene Mangan.
Bill graduated from Cincinnati Western Hills High School with the class of 1956 and he attended the University of Cincinnati. He retired from the American Academics in 2006. He was a member of Grace Missionary Church in Celina, Mercer County Sportsman Association, St. John's Builders, and was a former member of the Rotary Club. He had a love for model trains and cars, and he enjoyed helping others.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at the Lehman Dzendzel Funeral Home, with Rev. Robert Swaney officiating. Burial will follow in the Mercer Memory Gardens in Celina.
Friends and family may call from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. on Friday, August 27, 2021 at the Lehman Dzendzel Funeral Home.
