Pam Bowen
Pam Bowen, of Mendon Ohio, passed away peacefully at Gumption Farm, Columbia City Indiana on August 26 at 3:08 am. She spent 8 months fighting cancer. Her and her friends called it the real "pam-demic".
Pam was born on December 15th, 1954. She was the daughter of Jack and Pat (Trisel) Bowen.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Scott (Barb) Bowen and by her wife Ruby Flowers.
She is survived by her brother Bruce (Darla) Bowen of Kendallville Indiana, another brother Todd Bowen from Bradent Florida, her friend since they were 3 years old, Deb Marsee of Rockford Ohio and another friend of 15 years Kellie Snyder.
Pam retired from Continental in 2018. Pam loved riding her Harley and driving fast cars, going to her camper at Buck Lake Ranch in Angola Indiana. She loved growing corn for her friends and yard work. She loved traveling in the United States and abroad. She loved being with her friends and helping them with any projects that needed to be done. She, absolutely, loved fishing and it was her dream and goal to go fishing one more time before she passed, which did not happen. Her friend Deb lovingly describes Pam as "a hunter, a trapper and an all around snapper!"
Pam will be missed by all of her family, her numerous friends and by her little dog Mia. RIP Pammer....RIDE IN PEACE
