* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following counties, in west central Ohio, Auglaize, Darke, Mercer and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 700 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 356 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Fort Loramie, New Bremen, Minster, Newport, New Knoxville, Russia, Osgood, Willowdell, Chickasaw, Kettlersville, Yorkshire, Lake Loramie State Park, Egypt, Maria Stein, Mccartyville and Houston.

Lillian Perkins
Lillian R. Perkins, age 97, of Coldwater, died on Thursday, September 9, 2021 at Briarwood Village in Coldwater.
She was born August 12, 1924 in Coldwater to the late Gebhard E. & Frances (Nussman) Schmit. On May 31, 1969, she married Richard Perkins and he died July 31, 1988.
Lillian is survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by siblings and in-laws, Mary Jean Schmit, Lavern & Charline Schmit, Donald & Agnes Schmit, Ralph & Rosemary Schmit, Richard Schmit and Frances Schmit.
She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Coldwater.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at Holy Trinity Church in Coldwater. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
