HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, Rockford, Mendon, Buckland, Montezuma, Chattanooga, Kossuth, Tama, Neptune, State Route 116 at State Route 197, and Bulkhead.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph, frequent cloud-to-ground lightning, and very heavy rain.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Lightning can cause serious injury or death. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible.
Locations impacted include... Rockford, Mendon, Chattanooga, and Tama.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.
Motorists should slow down and use extra caution.

Census shows population increases 4.2%
CELINA - Mercer County saw its population jump 4.2% over the last decade, significantly higher than adjacent counties and the state as a whole, according to the results of the 2020 U.S. Census.

St. Marys secured a share of the Western Buckeye League boys golf championship after winning the league tournament held Friday at Pike Run in Ottawa. It's the first league title for the Roughriders since 2018 and third overall.
