At 1212 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near New Bremen, moving northeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Newport, Fryburg, Montra, Egypt, Uniopolis, New Bremen, Buckland, Botkins, New Knoxville, Fort Loramie, Kettlersville, Moulton, Jackson Center, St. Marys, Anna, Kossuth, Lakeview, Lake Loramie State Park, Waynesfield, and Wapakoneta.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 96 and 118.

Darwin Mays
Darwin "Buck or Buckshot" Mays, 88, of Fort Recovery, Ohio, passed on Sunday, October 3, 2021, at his home surrounded by his family.
  He was born in Jay County on June 6, 1933, to the late Charles and Mary (Corle) Mays. Buck was a 1951 graduate of Madison High School.
Buck is survived by his wife of 64 years, Pat (Walls) Mays; his daughter, Brenda Mays-Lorenz and her husband, John, of Sierra Vista, Arizona; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Bob and Carol Hart; five nieces, three nephews, and several great and great-great nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Buck was preceded in death by his sister, Wanda (Mays) Pfiefer, his in-laws, Hugh and Doris Walls; his brother-in-law, Dick Walls.
Buck was a wonderful grandpa figure to several children and loved them all. Buck was employed at Sheller Globe for 23 years and owned Mays TV Sales and Service for 60 years. He also provided the PA system for the Fort Recovery Community, School, Friends of the Arts, Jay County Fair, and many other events. Buck was also the floor manager at the Fort Recovery Skating Rink for several years. Buck was a sociable guy, who never knew a stranger. He was a super husband and father. Buck's hobbies were working in his workshop; and was successful in running a car on hydrogen and testing water. He also enjoyed making made-rites for family and friends.
A celebration of Buck's life will take place at 3:00 PM on Friday, October 8, 2021, at the Fort Recovery Church of the Nazarene, 401 E. Boundary Street, with Pastor Brad Ratliff officiating.
Guests may visit with Buck's family at the church on Friday from 1:00 PM until the time of the service at 3:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Fort Recovery Church of the Nazarene or the Friends of the Arts.
