As temperatures continue to fall, residual moisture may freeze on roadways. In addition, gusty winds of 25-35 MPH may lead to some snow drifting over roads as well.
Motorists are urged to use caution overnight into Saturday morning.

* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 1 AM to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

In this photo taken in January, construction was ongoing at the Celina Water Treatment Plant to convert an outdated clarifier into a bioreactor to reduce the toxicity of the sludge removed during the water treatment process.
