Laura Ripberger
Laura Michele Ripberger, age 51, passed away on September 21, 2021 at her residence in Columbus, OH.
She was born on August 10, 1970, to Leo Francis Ripberger, who passed away at age 46 in 1980 and Maria Gloria (Lottie) Turicchi, who survives living in Lakeland, TN.
She is survived by her fiancé Ellie Varney of Columbus, brothers Mike (Tina) Ripberger of Los Lunas, NM, and Gary (Pam) Ripberger of Lakeland, TN.
Laura was raised in Celina Ohio as a member of Immaculate Conception Church. Laura was a nurse that completely enjoyed caring for and connecting with her patients and making them smile. She worked at Briarwood Village in Coldwater for years and later provided in-home care in Columbus. She was a joy to be around, always cheerful and loved to make anyone laugh. Her bright spirit was contagious, and she spread cheer to even make strangers smile. Laura will be deeply missed, but her impact will not be forgotten. This world is a better place because she touched so many lives.
Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 30, 2021 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina, with Fr. Kenneth Schnipke C.PP.S. officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Marys Catholic Cemetery in Celina.
