* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Eleanore Powell
Eleanore May Powell, 94, of Saint Marys, Ohio, died 1:44 A.M. Monday, October 25, 2021, at the Celina Manor.
She was born August 9, 1927, the daughter of Alva "Alvie" and Mary (Johnson) Harshbarger.
While growing up she attended the Church of Christ in Hillsboro, where she was baptized into Christ. Her father's wish was for her to attend Bible College, so after graduating high school in Hillsboro, she went down the river to attend Cincinnati Bible Seminary, where she caught the eye of Robert "Bob" Powell. In 1946 she married Bob, and they entered into the field of harvest at Montezuma, Ohio, where they spent their honeymoon, and Bob filled the preaching pulpit. They labored together for 67 years at churches at Montezuma, Celina, Fort Recovery, Saint Marys; Rockford and Camp Christian in Houston, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bob; a brother, Waldo "Red" Harshbarger; a sister, Lois Mitchell.
She is survived by her six children: Mark (Denise) Powell of Crestline, Ohio; Terry (Tony) Powell of California; Ron (Pam) Powell of Saint Marys; Jon (Diane) Powell of Florida; Kim (Mark) Wirwille of New Knoxville; Tom (Kerri) Powell of Shawnee, Ohio. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. She would try to remember each grandchild with a birthday card every year. She was blessed with a long and fruitful life.
Funeral rites will be held 10:00 A.M. Monday, November 1, 2021, at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, Saint Marys, David Nicholson, officiant. Burial will follow later that day at New Market Baptist Cemetery, Hillsboro, Ohio.
Friends may call from 2-4 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home, where memorial gifts may be given to eithert Woodburn Christian Childrens' Home, PO Box 459, Woodburn, Indiana 46797 or Western Buckeye Christian Camp, 5455 Roeth Road, Houston, Ohio, 45333.
