ELIDA - Even though New Knoxville lost the opening game of the Division IV district volleyball final to New Bremen, fans could see that the Rangers were just getting warmed up.

County SWCD hires new H2Ohio technician
CELINA - The Mercer Soil and Water Conservation District Board of Supervisors hired a new H2Ohio technician during a special meeting Tuesday.
Michael Bolton will start his new job on Monday, SWCD administrator Michael Watercutter said Thursday, filling the position that's been empty since August.
Church to break ground on project
ROCKFORD - A groundbreaking ceremony is set for 6 p.m. Monday for a $2.3 million expansion at New Horizons Community Church, 833 South Main Street.
