Samuel Kittle
Samuel L. Kittle, 78, of Saint Marys, Ohio, died 5:22 A.M. Thursday, November 11, 2021, at Shane Hill Nursing Home in Rockford, Ohio.
He was born March 11, 1943, in Celina, Ohio, the son of Naaman and Vera (Gordon) Kittle. He married Carol Martin on December 14, 1973; she preceded him in death.
He is survived by his children: Michael Kittle of North Dakota; Kenneth Kittle of North Carolina; Faith Ann (Roger) Parr of Mendon; Hope Marie Kittle of Celina; by his survived by his siblings: John Kittle of Celina; Naaman Butler of Celina; Rebecca Wine of Celina.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Carol; his siblings: Gordon Kittle; Martha Claxton; James Kittle; Jerry Kittle; by a son, Naaman Daniel Kittle.
Sam was a graduate of Celina High School. He had worked many years as a welder, and also volunteered as a Salvation Army Bell Ringer for many Christmas seasons. He rode his scooter all around town, helping people and making friends.
Family and friends are invited to gather from 4-6 P.M. Monday, November 15, 2021, at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, Saint Marys.
