* WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 338 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Coldwater, Wabash, Mendon, Montezuma, Tama and Neptune.

Rita Winner
Rita A. Winner age 96, of Coldwater and formerly of Frenchtown passed away at 6:50 am Monday, December 20, 2021, at Mercer Health in Coldwater.
Rita was born December 22, 1924, in Darke County to the late John & Charlotte (Buschur) Muller. On October 16, 1948, Rita married Urban J. Winner who preceded her in death on October 19, 2003.
Rita is survived by her sister-in-law, Joan Holdheide of Ft. Loramie and numerous nieces and nephews.
Rita was also preceded in death by her brother, Leo Muller; sisters, Adelaide Muller, Catherine (Raymond) Coder, Agnes Muller and Helen (Clarence) Bertke; and in-laws, Rita (Gregor) Holthaus, Mildred (Leonard) Prenger and Ralph Holdheide.
Rita was a 1944 graduate of Versailles High School. She was a homemaker and formerly worked at Poultry Producers in Versailles. Rita was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Frenchtown and St. Ann Sodality of the church. Rita was a true "prayer warrior" and was especially devoted to praying the rosary and Divine Mercy Chaplet. She had a vibrant, prayerful spirit and loved sharing her faith with the other nursing home residents. Rita was a very joyful soul and will be greatly missed.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am Tuesday, December 28, 2021, at Holy Family Catholic Church in Frenchtown with Rev. Jim Simons celebrant. Burial will follow in Holy Family Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Monday from 4:00 to 7:00 pm and Tuesday morning from 9:00 to 10:00 am at Bailey Zechar Funeral Home in Versailles.
