HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Newport, Fryburg, Montra, Egypt, Uniopolis, New Bremen, Buckland, Botkins, New Knoxville, Fort Loramie, Kettlersville, Moulton, Jackson Center, St. Marys, Anna, Kossuth, Lakeview, Lake Loramie State Park, Waynesfield, and Wapakoneta.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 96 and 118.

Jack Ritter
Layton (Jack) Ritter age 80 of Minster, Ohio died at 11:20 PM on Monday, February 1, 2022 at Mercer Health in Coldwater, Ohio.
He was born on November 15, 1941 in Bloomer, Ohio to the late Orville (Dick) & Mary (Voisard) Ritter, his mother survives in Versailles. He married Mary Jane (Beckman) Ritter on November 9, 1963 in Minster and she survives in Minster.
He is also survived by daughters & sons-in-law: Kathy & Ed Prenger, Minster, Jenny & Randy Niekamp, New Bremen, Amy & Mark Poeppleman, Minster, 8 grandchildren, Paige & Dylan Gillis, Morgan Prenger, Sarah & Neil Schwieterman, Emily & Jacob Berning, Julia Niekamp & Mitchel Stammen, Aaron & Amanda Ritter, Alana & Dan Zimmerman, and Jack Poeppleman, 2 great grandchildren, Knox and Jackson, brothers and sisters, Carol Bruns, Jim & Joan Lee Ritter, Lisa & Mike Knapke.
He was preceded death by Infant sister Mary Ritter, brother-in-law Ed Bruns.
He was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, Minster American Legion, and the Knights of Columbus. He was a veteran of the US Army National Guard, and on the Honor Guard. Jack enjoyed his poker club for more than 50 years.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 AM on Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster. Burial will take place with full Military Honors in St. Augustine Cemetery Minster.
Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster from 3 to 7 PM on Monday, February 7, 2022 and from 9 to 9:30 AM on Tuesday.
