* WHERE...Auglaize, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, and Shelby Counties.
* WHEN...Until 4 PM EST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Occasional wind gusts of 35 to 45 mph are expected today.
Winds will mainly be out of the south early this morning, before switching to the west during the late morning and early afternoon.
Secure loose objects, and use caution if driving a high-profile vehicle.

The 107,817 square-foot Lakewood Village Shopping Center on Havemann Road in Celina has been sold for $5.7 million, according to online documents from the Mercer County auditor's and recorder's offices.

RAF Celina of Beachwood sold the property to AR-Lakewood Village, a company listed at 678 Reisterstown Road in Baltimore, Maryland.

Lakewood Village Shopping Center is home to several stores, including Harbor Freight Tools, Dunham Sports, Ruler Foods, Hot Head Burritos, Aaron's and Asia Buffet and Mongolian Grill.
