* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Hearold Evans
Hearold E. Evans, age 86, of Fort Recovery, Ohio, died February 17, 2022, in Darke County, Ohio, from injuries sustained from an auto accident.
He was born September 6, 1935, in Beach Hill, WV, to the late Roma and Belva (Brabham) Evans. He married Cecilia (Tanaka) Evans in 1975, and she died in 2001.
Surviving are his children, William (Cheryl) Evans of Greenville, OH, Tina McKamie of Fort Worth, TX, Barbara Dionisopoulos of Carlsbad, CA, Betty (Steve) Snow of Escondido, CA, Timothy Watso of Bakersfield, CA, Christina Watso of Bakersfield, CA, and Jack (Debra) Evans of Templeton, CA; sixteen grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; siblings, Dolly Thien of Fort Recovery, OH, Charlene (Bob) Urpman of Apache Junction, AZ, Eileen Evans of Greenville, OH, and Maxine Reynolds of Greenville, OH; daughter-in-law, Diana Evans of Hillgrove, OH; and sister-in-law, Wavalene Evans of Portland, IN.
In addition to his late wife, Cecilia, he is preceded in death by his two children, Larry Evans and Michael Watso; and siblings, Josephine VanTrees, Jack Evans, Violet Lott, Orville Evans, and Roma Evans.
Hearold was a graduate of the former Madison High School, Jay County, IN and then received an associate degree in auto mechanics. He proudly served his country for thirty years in the US Navy, specializing in submarine duty. Hearold retired as a decorated naval officer. He received the Bronze Medal for Service November 1969 to October 1970. He was a proud Vietnam veteran and retired as a Senior Chief Engineman in San Diego. He was a disabled veteran and during retirement devoted much of his free time supporting veterans in the D.A.V. units. Hearold volunteered as a veteran chaplain when needed and served as a commander of a veterans organization known as the Southern Arizona Ritual Team, who performed the military service at veteran's funerals, when he resided there.
He was a member of the Church of the Nazarene, Fort Recovery. Hearold enjoyed movies, camping, and helping his family and anyone in need.
A private family service with military honors will be held at Fort Rosecrans Cemetery, San Diego, CA.
Memorials may be directed to any Disabled American Veterans organization.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Brockman Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
