* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Robert Williams
Robert A. Williams, 65, of Van Wert, OH died 11:50 a.m. Saturday March 5, 2022 at Van Wert Health Hospital.
He was born November 6, 1956 in St. Marys, OH to Donald and Evelyn (Baker) Williams. On May 26, 2018 he married Judy Lynn Lanning, who survives.
Also survived by: step-children: Angie (Eddie Stoody) of Van Wert, OH; Jody Conn of Van Wert, OH; Courtney and Tyler Scheblo; David and Steve Morris; 7 step- grandchildren; Siblings: Terry, Rick, Ted, and Tim Williams.
Preceded in death by his parents and sister, Lynn Williams.
He was a graduate of the former Mendon-Union High School. After 25 years at Huffy in Celina, he took an early retirement due to the plant closure. He then began to drive truck at the Van Wert depot of AWL Transport, Inc. He was a member of the Eagles Lodge Aerie # 1292 in Rockford, OH. An avid motorcycle enthusiast, he enjoyed riding his Harley-Davidson whenever and wherever possible. More than anything else, he treasured time spent with his family and close friends. He and his wife spent their time traveling around the states and enjoyed camping at various campgrounds.
Per his final wishes, there will be no service held.
