Hohenbrink Excavating of Findlay continues work on the massive $2.3 million Fulton Street reconstruction project in Celina. The three-phase project, expected to run through October, involves the complete reconstruction of the street from College Avenue west to the dead-end past Mill Street, roughly 4,100 linear feet. It also will include new water lines, storm sewers, curbs, gutters, drive aprons and sidewalks.
