* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Dearborn, Fayette IN, Franklin IN, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union IN and Wayne, the following counties, in Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and the following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette OH, Franklin OH, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union OH and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Santosh Girotra
Santosh Girotra, 82, passed away April 2, 2022 at her residence in Celina.
Santosh was born March 20, 1940 in India to the late Bhagwan D. (Lajwanti) Katyal. She married Nand Lal Girotra on April 26, 1962 and he preceded her in death on July 26, 2020.
Santosh was a very spiritual person and loved to be surrounded by her family and friends.
Survivors include a son, Sanjay (Geeta) Girotra of Celina; three daughters, Meena (Praveen) Vohra of Bluffton, Rajni (Rajan) Kapoor of India, Ruma (Jitender) Dua of Wauseon, eight grandchildren, Ridhima Kapoor, Tavishi Girotra, Sahaj Vohra, Rashi Kapoor, Bhavya Girotra, Rudraksh Dua, Arshia Girotra, Rupiika Dua; and a sister, Tripta Maggon, India.
She is also preceded in death by two sisters, Raj Rani Chaudhary and Amrit Dhall; and a brother, Dharamveer Katyal.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm on Monday, April 4, 2022 at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina; where the family will receive friends from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm prior to the service at the funeral home.
