At 419 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 7 miles southeast of St. Henry, moving southeast at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and very heavy rain.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible.
Locations impacted include... New Bremen, Minster, Versailles, Newport, Fort Loramie, Hardin, Russia, Osgood, Chickasaw, Burkettsville, North Star, Rossburg, New Weston, Yorkshire, Egypt, Darke County Airport, Lake Loramie State Park, Maria Stein, Brock, and Eldora Speedway.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.

Bruce Rammel
Bruce John "B.J." Rammel, died unexpectedly at his home in Mt. Vernon, IL, on March 17, 2022, at the age of 36.
He was born on August 27, 1985, in Ft. Wayne, IN, to Bruce David Rammel and Denise Parker Scott. His father survives in Sebastian, Florida, and his mother survives in Mt. Vernon, Illinois.
Also surviving B.J. are his sisters, Reva Rahn (Timothy) her three children Leah, Jaxon, and Trever, and Erin Rammel-Turner (Foster) and her two children Kolbi and Jullian, as well as his paternal grandparents, Jack and Linda Rammel of St. Henry, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
B.J. was his parents first born and the first grandchild for Jack and Linda. He was working for Continental Tire as a warehouse worker in Mt Vernon, IL. He enjoyed comics and playing video games.
A private family funeral service will be held to honor B.J.'s life.
