* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Dearborn, Fayette IN, Franklin IN, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union IN and Wayne, the following counties, in Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and the following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette OH, Franklin OH, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union OH and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Arthur Bruns
Arthur A. Bruns, 76, of Noblesville, passed away on Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at Ascension St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.
He was born on July 15, 1945 to Arthur John and Elizabeth Genevieve (O'Neil) Bruns in Inglewood, California.
Arthur proudly served in the United States Army. He worked 32 years at GTE, now Verizon, in a sales role. Arthur was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, was an avid reader, and enjoyed muscle cars.
He is survived by his wife, Geraldine Bruns; son, Joseph (Emily) Bruns; grandchildren, William & Emma Bruns; and sister, Elizabeth Bills.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, William Joseph Bruns.
Mass will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, 9900 East 191st Street in Noblesville.
Visitation will be from 9:30 am to the time of service at the church. A private family burial will be held at a later time.
