* IMPACTS...Significant visibility reductions to near zero at times will necessitate extra caution for commuters through late morning. Temperatures below freezing in some areas will increase the threat for icy patches on elevated roadways.

Celina's Paige Kuehne pitches during Tuesday's Division II sectional softball game against Van Wert at Jubilee Park in Van Wert. Kuehne struck out six and pitched a four-hitter in the Bulldogs' 13-2 run-rule win over the Cougars.
