At 1212 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near New Bremen, moving northeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Newport, Fryburg, Montra, Egypt, Uniopolis, New Bremen, Buckland, Botkins, New Knoxville, Fort Loramie, Kettlersville, Moulton, Jackson Center, St. Marys, Anna, Kossuth, Lakeview, Lake Loramie State Park, Waynesfield, and Wapakoneta.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 96 and 118.

Tyler Mescher
Tyler Mescher, age 23 of Maria Stein, Ohio died unexpectedly on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at Wilson Memorial Hospital, Sidney, Ohio.
He was born on May 6, 1999 in St. Marys to Mark & Tracy (Griesdorn) Mescher.
He is also survived by brothers & sister: Ryan Mescher, Chickasaw, Kyle & Darian Mescher, Maria Stein, Emily, Troy and Brayden all of Maria Stein, nephew & godson Harvey Mescher, grandparents Mark Griesdorn, Dennis Mescher and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by grandmothers: Margie (Rose) Griesdorn & Viola (Homan) Mescher.
He was a member of St. Rose Catholic Church and was a 2018 graduate of Marion Local High School and 2022 graduate of Bowling Green State University with a BS in Early Childhood Education and was looking forward to starting his career teaching at Spencerville Schools. Tyler loved spending time with children as he worked in daycare centers during his time in high school and college. Tyler was a 3-sport high school athlete, he played football, basketball & track. He was a four-time state champion, three in football and one in basketball. He was especially proud of his game winning free throws in the state championship game. Tyler always had a smile on his face and loved to hang out with his many friends from high school and college.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 AM on Monday, June 6, 2022 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Maria Stein. Burial will take place in St. Rose Cemetery, St. Rose.
Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry from 1 to 6 PM on Sunday, June 5, 2022 and from 9 to 10 AM on Monday.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to establish a scholarship fund in Tyler's name.
