* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1044 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Gregory Polen
Gregory A. Polen, age 67, of Celina passed away on Monday, July 4, 2022 at his home in Celina.
He was born on January 8, 1955 in St. Marys to the late Gale Polen and Helen (Goodwin) Lawler.
Greg is survived by a son, Ryan A. Polen; a daughter, Lisa (David) Shoffner, St. Marys; a sister, Sharon (Polen) Felver, Van Wert; a granddaughter, Karlie Shoffner; and his ex-wife, Marlene Bobcek, North Judson, Indiana.
He is also preceded in death by a brother, Patrick Polen; and two sisters, Gayle (Polen) Schaaf and Ruth (Polen) Craft.
Greg was a 1974 graduate from Ohio City High School. He worked at Huffy Bicycle Corporation in Celina for 24 years. Greg enjoyed music, gardening, fishing, being outdoors and watching the Cleveland Browns. He also also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, and he will be deeply missed by all.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the Polen family.
