Mercer County Sheriff's deputies, Rockford and Willshire firefighters respond to a one-car crash on State Route 49, south of Winker Road Sunday. An official said the driver was traveling southbound and somehow flipped over the guardrail into a ditch. Rockford EMS transported the driver.
